It is VERY important for you to wash AND condition all of your hair weekly. Using a high quality shampoo, wash the hair weekly with this shampoo, then use Humectress by Nexxus for conditioner. When you condition the hair leave it on for 20 minutes while sitting underneath the drier. I also want you to moisturize the scalp every other day with a crème based moisturizer. It's very important to keep the hair moisturized in extremely cold weather.
