I am trying to do my own Micro Braids. Do you have any tips on finger positions that would be different from doing another person's braids?

Braiding your own hair can be challenging, but it’s possible. The best advice I can give is to try to do what’s comfortable for you. My finger and hand positioning does not change that much when I’m braiding my own hair. Sometimes I may have to turn my head a certain way in order to be able to grab the hair correctly, but that’s all. Braiding your own hair takes practice… but once you’re able to do it, you’ll save a ton of money!
