How often should I wash and condition my hair?
You should be washing and conditiong your hair at least once per week. I would suggest conditioning your hair with Humectress by Nexxus. That product alone has worked wonders for my hair.
After you've washed and conditioned your hair, apply setting lotion before blowing your hair dry to protect it from the heat. Instead of using oil, try using a creme based moisturizer. Oil can sometimes clog the pores.
