Just recently, I’ve added a brand new feature to the site called the “Knowledge Base“. This service was much needed. I simply can’t handle all the e-mail questions anymore and still take care of my paying customers any longer.
We get over 75 e-mails per day. And because I offer e-mail coaching to my paying customers, it’s simply not fair to take away from them to answer all of the general questions that I get every day.
So what I’ve done is create a Knowledge Base . This is perfect because now I will have a resource available for you when you have those burning questions. This will also give me more time to create products and services that I know you’ll love.
Just so you know, I try to read every e-mail that comes to my inbox. I just can’t reply to each and every e-mail anymore. If I did reply to all of the e-mails, I would spend 8-10 hours per day JUST answering e-mails. On top of that, we get over 100 new subscribers everyday to my newsletter. So, the e-mails will only continue to grow.
On the other hand, my assistant WILL answer your e-mail. Even though I might not answer them personally, you can be certain that you will be taken care of during normal business hours by my staff.
Please accept my apology in advance. But also understand I do try my best to answer every e-mail if time permits.
