Great Hairstyles For 2006

Hair fashion seems to be constantly changing. Here are some of the latest looks for 2006:

80's Inspired - Wavy, curly hairstyles of the eighties have made a comeback.

Old Hollywood Glamour - The traditional and classic Hollywood look is created by having deeper side partings of your hair. Set your hair in waves by either using pin curls or waving it with your fingers. Highlight this trendy style with different hair accessories placed either on your side partings or at the back of your hair, near the nape of your neck.

Mohawks and Faux-Hawks - This hairstyle is perfect for men and women with any hair length. Those individuals with short hair can use gel or wax to push and pull their hair towards the center or in a forward direction. If you have long hair, brush back a rectangular portion of your hair from the front. Brush down the hair on the sides and cover your ears with it - or gather it into a pony tail. This is a cute and fairly easy style to create!

Disconnected and Asymmetric Cuts - As the name suggests, you cut hair with one side longer, either in a sloping angle or in layers. Blunt cuts at offbeat places on your head gives a disconnected look to your hair. This style works well for people with short hair.

Experiment with any or all of these hot new styles - and enjoy!
